Hello, my name is Simon Lewis and I am a landscape photographer based in Somerset, UK. I have spent most of my life dipping in and out of photography. My first camera was an old 35mm Kodak which was my pride and joy. I have practiced many forms of photography from snapshots of everything to wildlife to macro and now landscape. For me, the last genre has been the most enjoyable. I suffer with depression and just getting out into nature is a really powerful medicine. The sounds and smells of the countryside, along with some stunning views really does help my mind to calm itself down and just focus on whats around me.

I have been shortlisted in the British Photography awards in 2017, 2023 and now 2024 and World landscape Photographer awards in 2022, for which I am incredibly humbled and proud of.
